Information we collect from other sources. We may receive Personal Information from you from third-party sources, such as i) security providers, fraud detection and prevention providers, for example, to help us screen users associated with fraternities; ii) social media platforms; When you log in or sign up using your social media account, we may receive Personal Information from that service (such as your username and basic profile Personal Information) and in some cases we may collect Personal Information from referral facilitator companies that help us to improve the offer of our services; iii) advertising and marketing partners to monitor, manage and measure our advertising campaigns.

Each Third Party Developer is bound by the Wix App Marketplace Partner Program Agreement which, among other things, contains restrictions on how they may access, store, share and use Personal Information that you and/or Users submit to them or to us (as further detailed in the Wix App Market Terms of Use)
We recommend that you review any privacy policy that accompanies a Third-Party App and ask the Third-Party Developer for any clarifications you may need before deciding to install and use their Third-Party App. KASKASBRASIL.com.br does not control nor is responsible for the actions or policies of any Third Party Developers, and your use of any Third Party App is at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for notifying Users regarding the collection, processing and use of their Information and for informing them that this information will be transferred to and processed by Wix on your behalf.

We may continue to retain your Personal Information after you deactivate your User Account and/or stop using any particular Services, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes relating to our Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our contracts and/or protect our legitimate interests.
We maintain a data retention policy that we apply to Personal Information in our care.
